Kroger
The Kroger Family of Stores supply much of the United States with groceries and other household items. During my time as a consultant there, 2010-2014, I had the opportunity to make many practical, timely solutions as well as ideate around possibilities for the interface. Using a mobile first approach and stakeholder feedback, I created these landing screen design options to start conversations and generate ideas for future work. They were made for internal review, but some elements became part of the final product.
The tablet mock-ups below demonstrate the above right screen on tablets in both portrait and landscape orientations in the screens below.
In 2012, I drew these tablet layouts with pencil on paper to provide options for the native mobile app landing screen. These are shown using both iOS and Android form factors.
This photo of the mobile team was taken sometime in 2013. I worked with some wonderful, dedicated people and have fond memories of my time at Kroger.
